Executive Summary
United Telemanagement Corporation (UTC) is a business originally formed
in response to hospitals' needs to improve collection of bedside conveniences
(phone/TV services). Collection is accomplished by billing these charges
to patient's home telephone bills through agreements that UTC has
developed with major telephone companies and numerous independent telephone companies.
UTC is the oldest and largest company in the United States that provides
this type of service. Today, UTC now provides services to millions
of patients in 36 states. |
